Tutorshop.ca is a Canadian online tutoring marketplace. Students and parents book
one-on-one online sessions and live group classes with vetted tutors. All tutoring is
delivered over video, so a student anywhere in Canada can work with any tutor on the
platform. Tutors keep 100% of the hourly rate they set — Tutorshop charges tutors no
commission and no subscription, and the 5% platform fee is already included in the rate
students see.

How booking works
Browse tutors or use the guided search wizard to match by subject, grade and availability.
Choose a time — quick book, a single or recurring session, or several dates at once — and
pay securely online. Some tutors book instantly; others approve the request first. Sessions,
messages and joining links live in your dashboard.
Refunds
Cancel more than 24 hours before a session for a full refund; sessions booked and cancelled
within 24 hours of booking are also fully refunded. Otherwise a 50% refund applies.
